Finding the Best Vending Location

You can't always tell a good vending machine location just by looking at it. Some bending locations will surprise you.

There are a few factors that result in prime vending machine locations. One of these is places people stay for extended periods of time. Someone sitting and waiting is going to have a lot more time to give your vending machine a good look than someone quickly moving past a checkout counter.

If the location brings in lots of younger people who happen to like eating candy -- even better. Teens and young adults carry change with them and might have just a little higher urge to put their money in your machine.

When you find a great location you don't want to loose it. Don't let the owner of the location get the idea that he should just kick you out and buy his own machines. In other words don't let them know how much the machine is making. Throw the quarters in a bag and let them now the machine is doing just about average.

Don't pass up a location just because you don't think it is the best for vending machines. Put a machine in there and see how it does. Give it a chance to prove its worth.
